How do you change the wallpaper of the G1 phone with a picture u got through a text message?
You can do this via an app on the Android Market called SAVE MMS
or
forward the text to your gmail account and then save the picture from there.
Then long press the picture to set as your wallpaper.
PS – This will be resolved in the Over The Air update
